U guessed correctly mate, working on purchasing a 700. Just hoping the funds can stretch that far, may look at getting second hand if i can find one mind lol.
Nothings definate though as of yet but what is definate is i would like one to match the rest of the family.

Tonight I had Mike over who helped set up my Trex 500, and what a beaut' she is too, the deeper hum of the motor, the wonderful sound of the rotas as they gain speed to lift off, she sounds just like the real thing, the longer and wider blades not only sound great but are so graceful in flight too.

Then it was my turn at the wheel, heart was thumping away with excitement and a little fear if truth told, then she reached lift off, what a wonderfully balanced power house she is, she really holds her own and I was amazed how soon the fear left and excitement took over, she's a little intimidating at first, but she flew so gracefully that after a few minutes the stability gave extra confidence, and was a pure joy to control.

I can't wait until tomorrow to do some simple tail in just to gain a proper feel to her.

Many thanks to Mike who took me through the stages of the set up to her maiden flight, cheers bud'.

Its always worth it to see the look on your face, just like a kid at Christmas. Can I have a go, canna, canna, canna? LOL!!!

Its was good to see you straight in and enjoying the hover. Like I said though, take care with it there is an awful lot more energy in it than a 450!

Last night was most enjoyable and again many thanks.

The Livingroom was like a war zone this morning tools and stuff everywhere, but it was well worth it.

Just had my first flight, I'm not taking her any higher then waist level, then she's free of ground effect, but tbh I was doing very low flying as well and I didn't encounter any ground effect?

LOL, miserable bugger last night telling us at 9:40pm it was a little late to fly, some people have no sense of fun.

I've got to buy a few 6S batts she eats up 2100mah X2 in about five minutes.

Maybe next time were do a bit of flying.
