Right, thanks guys, i`ve made my mind up, i`m staying away from that site now. From as far back as i can remember i have found it very difficult to like yanks. I have tried to like them and i am sure there are some likeable ones out there, but not enough for me to say `i like americans`. Big cars. big guns. big gobs and a bad attitude.

That's generalising a little, I find it hard to understand why we as a nation think its cool to hate the yanks who have always likes us and we seem to embrace their life style, yet we allow the french, who can't stand us, walk all over us and really take the ****, and we're gonna give them control of all our nuclear power - and lets not forget the spanish who started by nicking our fish, then a very dodgy O2 take over, then Abbey and A & L - Europe throw all the shyte at us and we just sit back and take it, and lets not forget marine diesel

As far as I'm concerned the two sites are worlds apart because of it members. Any good forum be it RR, HF, Spot, RC Groups are only ever as good as its members. This is why for me its about giving the members everything within reason and technical constrants what its members would like.

If RcHeliAddicts is your preferred HP for your browser then I'm chuffed, if its on your favorites I'm still chuffed I just want to make it the best place to be.

The site has evolved so much over the years and its like a child and will continue to grow and grow provided its members wish it too.

With regards to RR the topic has been done in so many times online/offline and in the mag's its data I'd rather store elsewhere!!

RunRyder is run be a bit or a weirdo and there are some very odd things that go on but...

... you can't compare a local forum like this to RunRyder - where there are a lot of good people (and twats too) who provide a huge knowledge base on every heli, most problems put into google come up with the solution in RR. There are quite a few regulars on here who tend to ask the questions on RR and not here - There is also no where else you can wind up a yank than on RunRyder

Having said that, most threads tent to go off topic with a pointless argument over a load of rubbish.

I never said i hate yanks so don`t try twisting my words. I always like people from anywhere in the world, (and i have travelled alot) until they give me a reason not to like them. The Americans, just when i start to like them, go and give me another reason not to like them. I am not a racist, so it`s nothing to do with me, it`s their fault i can`t be doing with them.
