Don't see how any club can re-open under the current rules, as your only allowed to meet up with one other person from another house hold. So not sure how that could possibly work.
Nothing stopping you flying alone or with a family member in the same house or one other person from another house.
But unfortunately a club couldn't possibly run. Typical but your allowed to sit or sunbathe in a park with loads of people you don't know how crazy stupid is that

You can go to a park and there's more than one person there. As I read it, as long as you are more than 2m apart there is now no reason clubs have to not allow flying.

Yes you can go to a park that's fine
But your only allowed to meet up in the open with one other person not in your house hold.so how could we possibly meet up with other members in a club situation and stick to the rules. It's impossible to do. It's a stupid rule though
Well, There are different ways to schedule visits and not have more than two people there at once. But if you have a lot of members all wanting to be there at the same time on a Saturday it's not going to be easy. If people can space their visits apart in days and times it is possible, just depends on how flexible the members are.
Our club, in normal times gets too crowded on weekends if the weather is good and many times I was having to stand around for almost an hour to fly (it's the fixed-wing guys that fly for bloody ages and some cheeky sod bringing out two sets of packs ). So I was already choosing to go on weekdays, but I know not everyone can do that.

You're not meeting up though are you? Unless you are going to the club to sit and chat rather than fly. Plus I don't think it would be hard to have a system where people book in, in advance, to limit numbers.

Government rules was cristal clear tonight on meeting outdoors.
any club that has more than two members on there books and I'm sure most will, not sure how you could get round that situation as everyone turns up at the same time you can guarantee it.

How does that work no more then two people was the rule. So if you have 10 turn up to fly not sit around only there to fly how does that fit in with the current rules today
I'm not the one making the rules up. But it was clear to understand

The same way it fits in with 10 people going to a park. Under the rules 10 people could each take a football to a park and kick about away in isolation, or play against one other as long as you always stay 2m apart. ( Not a great example as it's difficult to play football 2m apart but you get the point )

What was said was and it's stupid but, your only allowed to meet up with another member from another house hold that you know.
Example. You can't go to the park with other members of your family that don't live with you.
So I would kind of think you would know most of the members in your club
