as james has already said we have sorted this problem out today of the
dreaded lipo. i am happy with the outcome of a replacement lipo.

i have seen both bruce and james in person and they are both good fella's
but a lack of com's between us all has ended up (all wrong)

can i just say that i have been more than happy with the lipo's
        i have had from them.

as busterboy also says we have spoken today and i said to him i should
of handled it a differant way. with regards to my caps lock being on and
how i tried to put it across.

thanks to busterboy for posting a better post than i did. he explaned it better than i did.

jame and bruce i wish you well and mine is a pint

i hope i have put this 1 across better
        cheers,
        paul

Good effort all round chaps. We will never please everyone, and sometimes things take a dive and words are said in the heat of the moment.

At least in this instance, everyone has time to cool down, look at the facts, rectify where problems might lie and in the end everyone coming out smiling, and possibly drunk!! Bonus all round i think you have to agree!!

Pleased to see that its all sorted and I must add to Dougie's comments that he was pulled up by myself for the language used in a post and he's given me an apology for this which has been accepted.

I've said it a million times I encourage all members to resolve issues directly and we can be sometimes sit at a PC and vent like mad. When a phonecall can achieve so much more. (I'm not pointing any fingers here just generalising). Only if all fails resort to publicly posting, to explain your frustrations about a store. But also be mindful that stores equally have the right to respond.

I've personally been approached by a couple of retailers threatening to sue the site on posts and on only one occassion did I change a post with the original poster's okay to do so. On the other ocassions I told the retailers to get on the site and defend thier position or back off.

Anyways back on track. I'm pleased it is all sorted now.
                Cheers

Dougie... We all get frustrated, but your last post really was bang out of order
                    ------------------------------------

I agree. This is a great place and this is the first incident of this type I've seen on any Heli site. But... I've done it elsewhere and it didn't help. But as Forest Gump said, "Sh*t happens."

Problem handling: I had two bad problems with my V-4 which is amazing because they are superb products. I phoned Hobby Lobby (in the States) and treated them as human beings and they voila! They went out-of-their way to help and as a result they have all my heli business. They really are amazing people. But I wonder how far I'd get if I blew it?

By the way, I love my V-3 and 4 (yeah, I'm lucky ). I've made a whole batch of modifications including effective light-weight shock-absorbers that prevent blade-clash during hard landing on concrete or wooden floors. I also designed a new type of antenna/ariel that gives me long range and is easy to hide in my V-3. I modified the canopy (dead easy) so that I can make adjustments on my 4-in1 and .. a whole lot of easy and very cheap mods. If anyone's interested drop me a line.

One intersting point: The Flybars were out-of-balance so I made up my own balancer (works even with the likage on - there's a trick to it) and it make one heck of a difference in flight performance. My new weights are a lot smaller (but same weight as stock) so there's less aerodynamic drag.

Anyway guys, have a great evening and happy flying.

                    Hairball.

The moral of the story here is if you play nice, be polite and you get ignored for a few days but scream and shout in public and its suddenly sorted by the end of the day.

                        How messed up is that.

Good to see you got a result.
