Well my heli finally arrived.
Bound straight to my 14sg.
What a brilliant heli out of the box.
Very stable and crashes well.lol.
Now some spare batteries required.

Hmmmm ...... so the XK K110 arrived - quick test flight and thought I would change the pitch curve. That's where my problem started unless I'm missing the obvious?

Held the Mode button for 3 seconds on the transmitter - into the menu I go

First issue is that the scroll switch on the right side of the transmitter is automatically entering menus rather than letting me scroll freely to the menu I want. I know there is a Push button in the middle but I'm not pressing that. It just does nt roll up and down the menu options as would appear on YT videos.

I finally get to the pitch curve (more trial and error) - press the Push button and go to position 1 - I believe I am supposed to be able to press the Push button again to then alter position 1 on the pitch curve - I do this and then the wheel does not allow me to increase or decrease the values.

Can anyone help - I'm tearing my hair out!

They're being a bit naughty - RtF (with Tx) is £77, BnF (no Tx) is £50

I see it now , colour choice is bf / rtf , WOW I won’t ever use them as I don’t like dishonesty or misleading

I am still in possession of this heli with a transmitter that won't work but am tempted to give it one last go by purchasing a Jumper T8SG 10 Channel Multi-Protocol Compact Radio https://www.unmannedtechshop.co.uk/j...compact-radio/ Anyone had experience of this radio? It will accept S-FHSS so if all else fails it should be good to go on other quads and helis I own. What do you reckon fellas - do I risk it and give the XK110 one last chance?

The xk k110 is definitely worth a few more go’s especially when I think of the money I wasted on blade heli’s !!!
I take it you never got your old radio fixed/replaced or a refund ?
The transmitter looks good , go for it , I would
if it’s any good to you I have 2 new spare transmitters I got with k110 kits , Could do one for £20 posted if it helps

Thanks for the quick reply and the offer of the transmitter, however I've just taken apart the transmitter I got with the original purchase - one of the cables came away from the solder to the power switch and some of the other wiring looks a little questionable. Checked the cable going to the programming switch and one of the cables was loose. Think I may give the Jumper a go - still flying quads but have the need to keep my eye in with the helis - just something about the skill needed to fly the heli compared to the quads and my general interest in helis. If the Jumper doesn't work with the heli then I can still use it with other models now and in the future.

Mate, I think you're right there - I so want the XK110 to fly. It worked fine when I got it, it was just the transmitter that I wanted to change the settings on.

Could you not resolder the loose connections? It's not a bad Tx for the money and well worth half an hour of fiddling...

Did the resolder today but the rotating programme switch is duff. ��
