Ive had 3 delivered now with no customs charges , I had 2 ordered from gearbest both arrived in 9 days , I had another 2 ordered with tomtop , only 1 arrived (19 days)the other got refunded , I’m not sure why , there excuse wasn’t clear , I also have a v977 on order through eBay , 23 days & still waiting
i ordered the v977 first , then read more about these heli’s , I was panicking a bit that it wouldn’t be here for my aus trip , so ordered mor just to make sure lol
i will have a spare v977 up for grabs at what it cost me £76

Good to see this has generated some discussion and from my perspective it could be the death of my Nano CPX. MCPX has already gone to Heli Heaven Mike, mine was ordered from Tomtop too so hopefully all is good.

Hmmmm ...... so the XK K110 arrived - quick test flight and thought I would change the pitch curve. That's where my problem started unless I'm missing the obvious?

Held the Mode button for 3 seconds on the transmitter - into the menu I go

First issue is that the scroll switch on the right side of the transmitter is automatically entering menus rather than letting me scroll freely to the menu I want. I know there is a Push button in the middle but I'm not pressing that. It just does nt roll up and down the menu options as would appear on YT videos.

I finally get to the pitch curve (more trial and error) - press the Push button and go to position 1 - I believe I am supposed to be able to press the Push button again to then alter position 1 on the pitch curve - I do this and then the wheel does not allow me to increase or decrease the values.

Can anyone help - I'm tearing my hair out!

Sounds like the round scroll button is not working rite ,once you’ve pressed the mode button (3seconds) you should be able to scroll through the pc / expo /tc / DR / etc by turning the knob , also once you’ve pressed the button in the centre you should then be able to scroll up & down the (5 in pitch i think ) curves , IE if you choose to alter the first setting in pc , rotate the knob , select the chosen pc you want to change then press the button , scroll to alter the values , hope that makes sence , I’m sure the YouTube videos will explain it correctly

Yep I think you’re right. Certainly looking at the videos on YT the scroll button is not working as it should. I’ve contacted Tomtop so hopefully they can offer a solution. Fingers crossed

So that’s it. I can do no more. A warning to all .... Tomtop may offer great prices but if you have a problem you are stuffed. I’ve chased and chased, replies take days and I'm now stuck with a heli that I can’t use because the transmitter is faulty and Tomtop have stopped communicating with me. Totally hacked off - a total waste of money. Must stress I still think it’s a great heli but I’ve clearly been unlucky with the transmitter and the company I chose to buy it off ☹️

just ordered one from Bangood...£53 shipped. BnF version as already on futaba so really don't need another TX!

Thanks for the heads up guys, looks like it'll be an interesting little indoor heli and for that price it'd be rude not too

I guess my only worry would be the brushed tail but we'll see how long it lasts.

From all I’ve read the Tail motors are good , mostly damaged in crashes this is the motor they seem to upgrade too https://m.banggood.com/SUT-Tail-Powe...rmmds=shopcart. At £2.68 delivered , bangood also have the original motors , I would also get spare booms

I’ve split a boom & broke the 2 pins off the main frame , that was the only damage from a full speed crash straight into the tarmac road (no throttle hold)
still flys in this condition great ,the canopy wasn’t even damaged , main frame is £2 delivered , I’ll never have another blade Heli

Had one of these about a week,havn't really had a chance to fly it much yet.

Is there a better charger available for these batterys rather than the USB stock one.

i have both , personally I prefer the usb type , they charge just as quick as my pl8 on 1c , THE THING YOU HAVE TO WATCH is your using a high amp usb plug Or it won’t charge fast at all

Well never got to see how good my xk k110 is, had to keep re-binding it since I've had it.Today I plugged it in and the servos were going mad and a component on the PCB board is red hot.

Not impressed.

My XK K110's arrived to day.
1 RTF from Gear best: £63.02 No shipping charges. Don't know who delivered it --was just in the porch when I got home.
2 x BNF from BangGood: 2x £45.84. Arrived via UPS..... needed signing for together with "Cash on Delivery" invoice/demand of £12.60 VAT & £11.25 Brokerage charge. So £57.76 each.

Let's hope they all bind and fly!
