must admit - I've just programmed skyline into my phone. just ordered from them for the second time and probably only spent a tenner yet it was as if I'd spent a grand the way I was dealt with. Ideal!

The Manager is called "Nobby", and his nickname sums him up nicely.

The shop is owned by the owner of Rip(off)Max. . . . .that tells a story as well

Why does it always persist down at weekends ?

yep i usually shop at skyline.(more like half an hour from slough,as i have lead foot)but they are out of fuel.rang slough to see if they had any heli fuel.the answer"nobody makes a fuel specifically for heli's" was the answer.then proceded to say he uses model technics champion as this is what the manufacturer specifies....hmmmmmnnnn. when i asked about bekra mix was told "we do not stock another shops product" when i mentioned this was model technics he started to bluster on about champion and duraglo and 18% oil and this was good enough for anything.....i was stumped..i didn't buy any fuel from them but now i know why he was trying to sell that fuel,to promote his bosses range of product.i might be new to nitro helis but i have run nitro buggies for a while and do know that all fuels are not equal in quality.....come on skyline get some fuel in,i need 15 or 20 %nitro, my trex is like a statue in the front room, i wanna get her dirty

Don't touch model technics fuel! High profit for shopkeepers crap. I used to run my Truggy on it and had so many problems, switched to a decent fuel (Byron RACE Gen2) and all my problems have gone and it tunes, runs, idles better etc! Luckily enough I only got though just under a gallon before I saw the light!

Well, it's not a half measure but I see where you're coming from, MT fuel may seem cheap but in the long run it's going to cost your engine.

Indeed, Byron does airplane and helicopter fuel, I know if I was running a nitro heli I would be using the Byron helicopter fuel!

Well for 1 Byrons isn't available locally and for 2 my Heli fuel has yet to cost me anything except the asking price which is not bad compared to the US stuff.
