If you mean an inverted piro circuit to upright piro circuit then I could but if you mean rudder reversals while piro'ing forget it,I can't do black magic voodoo s##t!

Well only 2 flights today, doing jobs at the club but completed my first inverted piro circuit, lost it a bit on the 2nd circuit but my sim practice this week really paid off. Woohoo! Next piro loop

A globe, I'm 47 I'll be 57 before I work out what to do with that mate. Its good to have something to aim at, it works for me somehow.

Came lower and closer today with my attempted piroflips,certainly easier on the eyes but tenser on the sphincter

Hey Dave

if you correct in every orientation during inv. (or upright) piro circuits, then that will eventually become a stir. Once it start to becomes a stir you can add angle and pitch to get nice knife edge-ish hurricanes.

if you learn to correct only one or two orientations (I started with just aileron), then it will limit you on angle and speed because the heli will visibly 'loose track' one the orientations that you do not give an input for.

The stirring motion is tiny.


Tail reversing piro tic tocs? OMG! But one way tail piro tic tocs are not THAT hard. start with 180deg piro tic toc, so do a normal tic toc and then when it is either on the tic or the toc give it a stir to flip the tail 180deg then keep up the nose down tic toc and do the same to get it back to tail down. experiment on the sim until you get the stir sync'd with the tail.
My piro tic tocs are oblong stirs all in the top right corner of the cyclic. depends on your style of tic toc.

IMO the advice about inverted piro's is BANG ON. You must get these nailed first and so that you can correct and move it around when the tail is in nearly any position.

I am no expert, and my moves are sloppy as hell, but I would be happy to SIM with you to show you what I have learnt....
