Fact is, how many people who slate/ put down the blade series have actually flown/ even looked at one?

Not many ill Bet, I have not seen/flown a Blade bigger then the 450X yet and I will wait to actually fly one before jumping to conclusions

But at the moment INITIALLY it looks a decent heli

But one think HH has done very well is team up with Beastx to fit decent fbl systems.

Lol, for once I'm not putting them down, the micros on the other hand are all utter shite. Toms 550x looks very well made with quality CF and metal. The electrics are shite however!

True, promo vids are a bit ridiculous. 600x vids are probably a bit thin on the ground at the mo, but this is possibly one of the best 550x vids I've seen ...

I had a quick nose at the 550x pro at Zone and first impressions it looked good, serious looking bit of kit

I'm looking forward to seeing the 600x
Surely the more Heli's there are on the market the better for us,
as manufacturers will have to price competitively

well, the 600x promo vid isn't one complete shot - it's heavily edited. The vid that I posted of the guy flying the 550X is one continuous flight - and a blooming good one IMO!

EDIT : Just watched the entire promo vid - OK, it is one long flight after the few min or so. James Haley is a bloody good pilot though who can make most helis look impressive ...
