FARK ME!!!! thats an expensive kit!!

Not when you consider the inclusion of the Revo Blades, BEC and motor. At a guess, those bits alone are probably £60 blades + £40 BEC + £100 motor. Making the "kit" part of the deal about £370 to £400 (roughly!)

EDIT : The £443 price from Hurricane models (see below) makes the kit price nearer £223 if you exclude the components above.

Given that an align 600DFC supercombo is only £100 more, i think that is pretty pricey considering you will need to buy an ESC, FBL controller and servos on top (£300?).

I understand that the quality is improved over the micro models and i am sure they fly very well (or the discussion would be dead in the water already). But I still think that it will take something monumental for people to shift allegiance to Blade.

I see that the motor is a '700 class motor', so the 700x will be announced shortly i should think!

Which I agree, is a massive bargain! But I believe it's that low price simply because it's being phased out in favour of the DFC, hence stores are trying to clear stocks, so not really a fair comparison.

Certainly, the 600X isn't aggressively priced, but I don't think it's particularly expensive either for what it is.

Looks nice, there will be problems In the first few months of release as always but looks a nice solid heli and that's a decent price for what you get.

It's easily done! I do take the point though that the overall pricing isn't particularly stunning. That said, the £443 price spotted by TheDarkPassenger does look like a bloody good deal to me! For a good 600 heli, including motor, blades and BEC - I doubt you'd get much else at that price!

(I shouldn't say that, someone's going to prove me wrong now! )

If it sounds too good to be true it normally is... My experience of Hurricane Models is dire, so i wouldn't personally trust them, but you could get lucky i guess.
I love my micro Blades, mSRX,Nano,130X but anything larger than the 130X in the Blade range just doesn't get my juices going, the only thing that would tempt me is on price and for that price i'd rather go for a more established make. I'm certainly not a Pro flyer and my feeling on the 600X is a bit meh, it just looks cheap! The Pro flyers seem to have much stronger views on Blade though so not sure exactly what Blade are trying to do here? They do seem to have an image problem in the Pro market.
Tom's comments are interesting though, so will wait to see one up close and in action before passing any further comment.
