Just got home. I had the time of my life this weekend. My voice is hoarse from cheering the whole weekend but I have to say the final flights were the most amazing I've witnessed in this fantastic hobby.

I'd like to say thanks to everyone for making it happen. My personal highlights were Daniel Jetschin's demo flights and everything about Sebastian Duus!! But more close to home were flights from Jack Bishop - amazing, Squeaky Pete - on fire, Cliff 'the flashman' - smoooooth with great transitions, Stefan Simmons - phenominal and my buddy Matt Lodge - you rock!!

Thanks again everyone. This event was off the chain!!!!

just got back in!!! still buzzing!! what a fooking awesome weekend!!! man im shattered, best fun ive had in ages!!! huge thanks to zoombolt for the lift up, massive thanks to geek for lending of the blades ( real trust there ) and to all my mates, thank u for the comments about my flying, you lot really got no idea how much that ment to me, as u all knew me back in the day when i wasnt able to do much

Just sat down now, and WOW what a weekend.
Thanks to all the organisers, brillient job, Night firework flight was awesome.
Daniel Jetsons last demo flight was unbelievable, hell of a flight.
Most impressed with both Jack and mostley Squeaky, how these 2 have progressed is unreal.
My tail failiure in the second round was the most scary thing i have ever had happen to me, and did shake me up for a bit, you know when it is the worst point to have a failiure, my heli was there, but managed to kill the power completely before it hit the ground.
Managed a flight later that day to get back on the horse and did my demo slot as planned today and went well, thanks stu for the banter and the new song you invented, still got a girls car though.
Only slight issue was developed a leaking tyre vavle on the jorney home and had to stop to pump it up, but got it home.
Thanks also to pedro for calling for me and Paul when i did my demo slot today.
Great event, Great Mates, Great Cider (thanks Ross), great banter.
Oh and sorry to Derrek for nearly landing my heli on top of you

Just got back after an extended Journey from Zone back to bournemouth via a Pizza hut in Newbury ........ as it was fathers day

Went up only today. What a brilliant event and and I have to say the Smith Brothers and Craig did a great job. They came up with a new format that worked very well, got RCheliresource to film it(which will be awesome) and put in a PA that had a some balls! From a spectator point of view( and I assume pilot) great to watch! Well done all of you! I will definitely be attending next year, hopefully as a competitor...

Well done of course to Duncan, Squeeky, Mattie, Danny and Stefan and of course everyone else who entered and put great flying in. Felt a bit weird not competing this year but I had the family with me and to be honest I was quite happy not having the pressure for once.

Was great to catch up with lots of people and I must especially thank Rachel and Pete for helping me out in a big way after my Daughter locked my car keys in the car! Thank you both sooooo much, Seeing what had to be done to retrieve said keys without any damage was an eye opener!

Looking forward to next year.

Because me and charlie are mates my dad had the good idea that we should call for each other in our contest, it was sweet, it would have been much better match if charlie had a model he was familiar with though!!

As my first model show/heli competition, it was a great weekend, great flying, entertaining & overall inspiring experience.
Those that haven't had a go, book this into your 'must do' calender for next year.

Sqeaky, you impressed the be-jesus out of me on all your flights & it was a pleasure to be you 'chauffeur & chef' for the weekeend.
