was going to pop up to see what was going on at phoenix today but saw on here it got rained off. saw the youtube clip of that poor warp .hope it didnt get the same treatment as the 130x ! last night colin banned phil and i for 6 months for crashing in to baywatch with the hubsans you didnt miss much else though.

Hi Guys

Just got back to sunny Kent (not!)...

Thank you all so much I had a great time, having arrived on Thursday eve we managed a few flights on Friday and even a flight today (where I hit the tree and lost my tail blades).

So good to put faces to names and to meet you all.

Special thanks to James, Pete, the judges and so many more - most notably Loraine who arrived early Friday morning to make sure we were ok - absolute Gem!

I was really nervous in front of everyone but as the comp was called off I had to test my nerves of paper with a public flight and would you know it, I hit the tree!! Aaaagh!

James, Ron and everyone else involved in the planning of this event, I feel gutted for you that the weather did not play ball, and let up.

Count me in for the rearranged date if I still qualify for it. (even if I have had zero practise, I'll just do it on the sim!!)

Hi everyone, we had some discussions over the weekend and hopefully by the end of the weekend coming will have a new date for the re-run of the event, we are looking at end of feb to early march to try to stay clear of other events later in the spring
so you guys have a month or so extra practise

I will get into training mode in February then don't want to be peaking too soon....

Yeh hopefully we will have a funfly on the Sunday.
all the existing entrants will get offered a place on the new date first, and then we will open it up for any other places we have left for any new pilots.
