Thanks James and Ron for as usual fantastic organisation, sadly the weather didnt play ball But to be honest it was good just to catch up with friends old and new.

I'd like to wish everyone a very happy New Year and look forward to seeing you all again when the event can be rescheduled.

What a day!! I still managed to have a right laugh despite the utterly crap weather. Great to meet so many forum members for the 1st time and catch up with others.

Managed 1 flight this afternoon just to show the crowds the other end of scale to the 3d gods.

Great organisation from James Ron and our very own Pete and also a awesome turn out by so many. I hope you boyz from Essex and Kent make it back for the re run.

See whoever makes it to the flyin tomorrow.

I still had a great day too! It turned in to a great flyin in the afternoon! And it was great to meet up with old friends and meet some new ones!

I am slightly gutted that I didnt get to come home with a trophy

As I left this morning, my wife wished me good luck, and I said "Its ok, however I do, I still get to come home with a trophy, so its win - win "

No trophy, and I think my wife has just worked out thats why im sulking lol

I did get a nice certificate for my A-test from Matt Lodge, so its not all bad

Excellent couple of days despite the weather being crap. Well done for organising, hospitality was great. See some great flying also. Will be there for the next one for sure!!
