Looking for help progressing

Hi

Something I have noticed as well is that now that I am doing Inverted circuits,
i am doing the wrong thing when I am upright. Like Rudder and now also elevator
Planted the MCPX(Thankfully) doing a figure eight.

Not Sure if it was just me or has anyone else had this?

I have done that on the sim if I just work on inverted for a long time and then flip back upright, but it doesn't seem to happen in real life probably because I wouldn't be flying for like a half hour at a stretch in real life.
