Hi
I am a newbie in fly. I have been lurking in here for sometime now, 'learning' as much as possible from others idea.
I have been reading up on which heli to get. Lots of opinion, but commonly accepted that a CX2 and pheonix is the way to start. Pheonix is def a good idea.
I was then toying with HB king or Belt CP, but finally took the plunge and placed an order on Nobay for a belt CP from China and waited patiently for its arrival.
Man, got words from china today its not coming anytime soon, the fxxker's out of stock!!!!!!!!!!!!! i couldnt believe it. All this time wasted.
Anyway, i am now having a second thought. I know i will eventually get a trex 450 SE. I dont plan to have more than one heli.
My idea now is to get a decent TX, like futama 6 or 7 ch. And get trex 450 electric to learn. Is this a good idea? I know i will probably crash many many times, and its probably more expensive to fix, but trex just looked so awesome.
Is there anyone here got a trex as first heli?
