yeah totally Chris, the later SE tail blade grips with the chinese weights are an absolute must on the 250.

250 was fun for a while but I prefer the MPCx by a mile. You can do 3d in the garden, crashes most times are just pick up and fly again, much cheaper to fix and so much easier to work on. 250 is fine but once it gets worn and the screws thread it's such a pain to work on and that outweighs the fun element. It's also quite expensive to fix for the size and doesn't take crashes very well.

MCP-x is definately the one I would keep. I have an MCP-x, Gaui 200 and a Trex 250 and for fun factor alone the MCP-x is definately the winner, as I tend to fly it like I've stolen it because of its amazing resilience to pilot input errors. The Gaui is definately more stable and robust than the Trex 250 but for overall fun levels the MCP-x beats them all for both indoor and outdoor fun - especially when the weather is unsuitable and the breakage risk is too high for the bigger heli's.

I realy dont like the mcpx, for everyone that ends in the bin I cheer would rather have a Trex 250.

On saying that they are great fun and have an appeal.

Come on Chris look at the hours of enjoyment you have had trying to sort out my 250, it must of saved you a fortune, while your playing around with her your not flying your own, so no nitro being used and no crashes. The reason I'm scared of the 250 is what you will say when I bring her next and say, Chris can you have a quick look at my 250 again mate.pleeeeeeeeeeease
