Hey as raptor heli says if it is possible it is well worth your while to get the heli checked over by someone it will save you a packet in the long run a properly setup heli will make learning so much easier

yes vanman i have been asking about someone localy to maybe help, i couple of guys on here offered but they are a wee bit away, i found some older chaps here the other day, but i got the impression they were not over keen to help me.. they mostly fly planks and sail boats, but some have heli's, one of them was quite freindlyish tho, so i live in hope
i was meant to go to their club today, but i hate feeling like im not wanted.. if you know what i mean.. i am a freindly sort of chap, and i can never understand when others with the same hobby are not ...

Hi again Rob the link you put up for the Swash leveler is fine , but i would take up Raptorhelis offer and get yourself over to his place . He is very experienced and if he gives your Mini Titan the once over you will have piece of mind that it is right and will give you the best chance of success . Again all the best mate . Rob .

I experienced the same as you at some clubs Rob, very unfriendly and that's before you tell them you fly helis.

You won't find that at WF. So get over and get the heli sorted

Right Rob, I am available on Saturday to have a look over your heli. I would suggest you bring it over to Waterfoot and I will have a look there & I will be able to test fly it (or someone will). If Saturday isn't suitable for you I will 100% be at the field on Sunday (so will most guys weather permitting). So there will be plenty of experience about that will have your Mini T flying in no time at all

Oh we dont need a swash leveler as Paul (Raptorheli2) has the best gadge in the work for that

That's cool mate, either day is not an issue for me . hopefully we can get you flying and you will be able to enjoy this hobby

All the helis fly tilted to one side a bit - they lean to the right - even full size ones. The tail rotor pushes the tail left (nose right) to stop the heli spinning, so to stop the whole thing going left the heli has to tilt a little to the right.
Its normal for alll helis to have the rotor turn clockwise viewed from above, but there may be exceptions!

fly the heli as it is - buy spares and batteries. not upgrades

It is possible to do it all without help, but you need to gathr a lot of info together and understand it. The heli instructions are not enough really.

Written for a trex 450 but you mini titan is very similar.
