You can use the standard cable for the CX2 transmitter, so should be £80.
Still cheaper than it's rivals, and cheaper than the repair bill should you jump straight into big helis

Second flight of the day today and just as i was about to land i thaught,
"Lets just have another go around the living room, before i have to charge again"
So i continued hovering at about eye level, then started circling the room which is nothing new. Then suddenly i hit the door, broke two blades one on the top set one on the bottom set!
Its alright tho, got some new blades in the post!

          Anyway, the morale of the story is;
Never submit to that "one more flight wont hurt" urge.

                    Just a little update here!
Well, this morning Phoenicx arrived (thanks Stuart!) and it really is good! I didnt realise how hard it was to actually fly a model helicopter!
Do any of you guys play it online? I connected before, but i think i got kicked from a server as i was flying the Lama!
Still no blades here yet... (ordered on saturday. ) So no flying my Blade CX2, i miss it.

1: Very carefully nah its just part of the learning process, hovering and landing being the first things you must do

2: Yes but if you can take out the crystal it will last longer.

3: You should have a switch on the tranny to go inverted, if its the same as mine?

without the crystal in it will last loads longer.

the switch is the idle up and it basically keeps the motor running at higher rev's usually using curves i.e. when the stick is either at the top or the bottom of its movment the revs are alot higher than when the stick is central and the curve is the progresive line between the 3 positions top, middle and bottom.

So at top you may have full revs and +10deg pitch, middle would give you say mid revs and 0deg pitch at the lowest position you may have full revs and -10deg pitch
                            All the best
                            Tony.

If you're using the Blade CX2 transmitter, there won't be one as it operates on the 2.4ghz frequency
