after plenty of practice both on sim and r/l I must say that its amazing how you do get used to the different orientations I find nose in now no harder than tail in, well that is until it comes to actually landing it then I do find it more difficult, as ive only done it a couple of times.
The other thing ive noticed, I now when doing circuits turn it towards me to approach when landing, where before I would finish a way out and then bring it home tail first. which doesnt look so good.
ive got one pic of my bike you guys may like, not so sure about the ladies, ill stick it on a thumb. dont want to offend anyone. (if anyone dont like it i'll remove it immediately.)
Hope you sniffed the seat afterwards dude
Cheers,
Gazza

What a busy day yesterday. Did some "real" nose-in practice with my Minipred and all went well. Still can't hold decent a hover nose-in. More time on XTR required I guess. On the XTR sim I have been using the option of a Governor, does this make things easier than would be in real life without one?
Also went on the LAM Pot-Luck day (advanced motorcycle training). The challenge was to ride 100 miles through both A roads and minor B roads in Kent and Surrey without using the breaks (save for stopping at Give Ways) and to complete the distance is as quick a time as possible. My instructor for the day yesterday is a Traffic Cop, so no doing 60mph though a 30mph village. Although he did tell me off for only doing 75mph on the M25! The minor B roads were horrific - mud, water, wet leaves, wet straw, horse sh*t and lots and lots of washed-down loose gravel. After that, nose-in hovering doesn't seem quite so scary
