To be honest if i had the choice i would go for the 2nd one, as you get a 401, i know its not much but those telebee gyro is a pain and you will only go out and buy later, plus better motor and ESCProud member of the Mk Heli Club

Buying from abroad is cheap but you then won't get any backup if something doesn't work and you end up with shipping expense and long waiting times.
I'd recommend getting the radio in the UK. Look at inwoods, als hobbies for good deals but fast-lads prices are usually keen too.
With the radio go for 2.4G particuarly if you are gong for a samll electric. All the electrics packed close together make it hard to get decent performance out of 35Mhz. you want the DX7 but you can use the 6 ch one piece rx - you don't need the twp piece rx for the little trex.
As regards the heli - I'd go for the se rather than the s - but the s would be fine really. With the SE make sure it is a v2. The Se is all metal and therefore a bit stronger but yuo still bend and break all the shafts etc in crashes.
Fung at flying hobby is swapping the ESC and motor for some reason - the trex usually comes with the align ESC and motor. The standard align motor and align 35AESC would probably be better. The CC35 was a weak BEC (the bit thatpowers the receiver and servos off the flight battery).you probably want a separate BEC as well if you use the cc35.
Nutz had one of those GT motors - they are the std motor for the ARK x400 - probably pretty good.
The "maxwell" servos are an unknown quantity. Go for the hitec 56 or 65 you can get all the spare bits for them easily.
The tail servo needs to be a good one. You want at least a hds577 but preferably the 9650 which is expensive but this helps the tail hold which makes the flying a lot easier.
With the gyro forget the telebee - go for the 401 or the logictech 2100 (fast lad has those). These are the best ones to consider. A good gyro makes the heli a lot easier to fly.
Take a look at the buyers guide over at www.trextuning.co.uk
Lastly the batteries.
General opinion on here is best batteries are the ones from FMA/aurorra the revolution 3s1p at 2200 about 35 quid a pop. The best charger is the cellpro4 from the same place. you can't go wrong with them.
you want at least two batteries - one flight and 40 minutes waiting is not good enough.www.heli-extreme.co.uk a good club in south Sheffield
