Thanks I have heard bad things about the HK500 saying its made from monkey metal etc. Its was a 500 i was wanting.

The exi500cf is just a 500 clone also.how do you know it will be any better.Read all the advice given here,and then make your mind up.Think very carefully about each step you take,this hobby gets very expensive,very quickly if you let your head rule your heart.

Its a hobby that i have been in for awhile but more the RC cars and Boats but the helicopters have always been crying out at me.

I Really like the TREX 450 Sport that is why i purchased it.

Does anyone know where i get a TREX 500 Barebones, with or without ESC and Motor.

I had a helicopter about a year ago and built it, It was i think a kyosho but not to sure as i sold it,

Just trying to find out what you've done before. If you've built and setup and flown a heli then we don't need to tell you the basics. Some people buy the kit and try to put it together without knowing anything.

Revolution have various options Revolution Models T-Rex From Align

You should find your local store will sort out the bits you need. If you want to do it mail order call Phil at Revolution Models.

www.align-trex.co.uk is another good option.

Hi Guys,

I have made my mind up i'm going to get a real Trex 550 or 500 not 100% pure yet but will keep you informed. I'm currently loving this sport and hobby will let you know.
