The telebee is a bit fussier to setup than a 401, but if you get it right you can fly with one no probs - but a 401 is better.
May I point yuo to www.trextuning.com if you search there you will findsome good instructions to setup a telebee which is the same as the align rce wahtsit with a different badge.
Step one
Plug tail servo direct to rx and with rudder ch endpoints on 100% check the linkage doesn't bind at full throw each way, and that the rudder goes the right way (you obviously got that bit right).
step 2.
The gain is set with ch5. when ch 5 is low you have rate mode, when ch 5 is high you have heading hold. As ch 5 moves to centre then yuo get less gain until in the middle you have no gain, so no output, and neither hh or rate mode. Make sure you have HH mode when you power up and don't move the rudder or the heli until the redlight comes on on the gyro. try 70-80% gain, that is 70-80 of the way from the middle to the end point (you can plug a servo in to see what ch5 is doing)
step 3
turn the heli 30 degrees and see that the gyro moves the servo the right way to restore the pointing direction back to where it was (you have this right becuase you can fly, if it is wrong the heli spins out of control - the reverse switch on the gyro fixes that).
setp 4 rudder trim must be centred.
step 5
In HH hop the heli. note that it will try to face the way it was when you powered up - if you switch into rate and back then it will reset the heading.
The gyro should keep ther heli ponting the right way.If it wanders slowly from side to side up the gain, if it wags fast, reduce the gain.
step 6
Switch to rate mode and hop the heli again. it will turn. you must correct this turn by adjusting the linkage, or moving the servo on the boom, until it will hover with no rudder input. Impossible to get absolutely correct but near enough.
step 7
go back to hh and you might find you can up the gain a bit.
you may find it wags a bit in forward flight and you have to back off the gain a little once you are flying about.
Tips
The gyro is a cheap one and has some temperature drift. compared to when it was first switched on it might start to turn the heli in HH mode with no rudder after it warmed up. If you power it up and leave it for 5 mins, then swtich off and switch on again immediately it will be more stable on that new initialisatin becuase it is already warm.
Aslo look for nigel fraser kers setup tips which include dealing with this gyro.
