Why is it that when shopping for batts the never show what connectors are on them?I dont really want to by batteries then end up needing to buy other connectors. What cons are on these turnigy's?
In case I forget to thank anyone Thanks In advance

Most lipos are supplied without the power connector so you can put the one of your own choice on.

Just be careful not to short it out when soldering.
Or if it does have a connector that doesn't fit, be sure to cut it off one wire at a time

Thanks for all the positive remarks.Just had my second flight and noticed that The heli is landing with a bit of a thud,Is there anyway of making it land a little softer just until I get used to it.My pitch is set at -2,0,+9 but the manual say to have 0,+5,+9 would the manual settings make it land softer?
In case I forget to thank anyone Thanks In advance

Yes, reducing the amount of negative pitch may help to soften out your landings, but it will also make the heli that bit harder to bring down in windier conditions. I would stick with it and keep practising

Those Turnigys are fitted with XT60 connectors.
Which connectors to go with is largely a matter of choice.
I plumped for EC3 connectors myself.

Whichever type of power connector you choose to go with, make sure you get a sufficiently powerful soldering iron.
They say to use at least a 40Watt but I found that my Gascat70 was struggling even at full flame.
I went for these in the end :-

For fiddly jobs I use a couple of these type mini vices, one screwed to an old bit of scrap wood as a portable bench.
Precision Mini Bench Vice from Westfalia at our Model making and hobbies inside the Electronics shop
The vice can draw heat away from the solder job so I wrap the connector piece in cardboard for insulation before clamping it in..

I just discovered this Westfalia site while looking for examples for this post.
Looks like a good source. Can't beat a good bit of the old serendipity.

Hi,just had another flight.Managed about half a batt hiver, ony about chest height. What I noticed was the nose was trying to turn left, tail right.Do i use the trim to fix this or is it the gyro.I have the gyro set at 70% in the tx
It wasn't a sudden lunge to left but had to keep right rudder held to keep heli straight.
