Most model shops sell it,or if your local one doesn`t then Skyline do

A simulator will pay for itself many times over in not having the crashes you would have without one

I'm not sure what good owning the controller would do you without the software?
I take it, by controller, you are referring to the dongle that Phoenix comes with?
The software is useless without the dongle.

phoenix is a USB lead that plugs into your transmitter and a CD with the software on it.

the dongle is unique to phoenix without it the software is useless and vise versa.

aha ok, I tought it was like a joystick or a gamepad. But does the transmitter come with the program, or only a cable that you plug into the transmitter you allready have? (no usb in mine).

You plug the Dongle (from Phoenix) into the USB slot on your computer, and the other end connects to your transmitters buddy lead connector.

It comes with a JR (phono) connector as standard, and you can buy adaptors to fit Futaba and other transmitters as needed.

            Cheers,

Yeah, I don't think you'll be able to use that to connect up to your computer at all.
