at the end of the day its just something to carry your power/fuel etc so i suppose anything goes

i live in Farnborough right up on Surrey/Hants border just round the corner from Helicopters-online
the place we have free run of for flying is a farm just outside Andover
its a bit of a run but its Free & even better there is a really good buggy track dug out of the field as well so after the helis gone in i can break a buggy too

i think the guy who owns it is thinking of holding a bit of an RC get together in the summer with camping, BBQ, unofficial racing & some flying too!

all depends on a rapidly filling calendar

Hi Guys!

Right validated now so lets have some serious posting wallop!!

I can see that showtime has introduced himself so i suppose I had better do the same.

Name: Rob Rasey
Location: Andover, Hants.
Age: 34
Height: Bout 6ft 3.
Heli: Raptor 50v2 (recently rebuilt due to ultra low pass!)
Experience: Started flying April 04 but not done as much as I should especially as most of my time is taken up doing 1/8th nitro rallycross.

I fly at a mates farm as you have already heard. It's a great location away from houses and main roads and it's about a 5 acre field enclosed by trees. We also have a rallycross track there as well for practice and general larking around.

We must set a date for a fly in / car / food / drinking day or weekend.
Loads of room for camping!!
Im sure you guys would love having a go with our cars round the track!
