I'm completely new to RC helicopters, but I am instantly a huge fan. My main purpose for purchasing was for air video shots. I'm completely baffled by the sheer number of products on the market. I obviously need a very stable helicopter. I checked the reviews for the ESKY Lama v4 and it got good reviews. I would be enormously appreciative for your expertise in this matter. I believe a coaxial rc heli is what I need for stability and as a beginner. You may have a different opinion, which I would appreciate hearing.
I also have no idea what the advantage of the 2.5 Ghz would have on this copter. If someone could explain its advantages I would be most grateful. Lastly, I'm also looking for a USB transferable, SD card micro vidcam with good quality. Could anyone can recommend one and mention how they attach to the heli?
My hope is to get all of this for $175.00 - $200.00. I'm sure that's a big request looking at the current market, but that's truly all I can spend.
Many Thanks for your assistance.
Phil
P.S. How high can these units go? I am clueless re: the altitude they can reach, but for my purposes the higher the better.
