Put a flat line throttle curve in the flight mode you use to flyin - if you only fly in normal mode, then put a flat line in all but the first throttle point, which needs to be zero in order to shut the motor off.
Cheers,

Not sure what you mean by kit motor but the motor im using is brushless taken of my Zoom along with servos etc.Originally posted by chugga-bug View PostThat kinda depends what model you've got, which motor and what pinion.
Assuming you're using the kit motor and the recommended pinion then you should be ok with 0,85,85.. But you can raise or lower that to suit your needs.Today's outlook is fine for flying.- Spektrum DX18 gen2, Phoenix Sims, Align MR25XP.

I was assuming you bought a T-Rex kit and used the motor that came with it.Not sure what you mean by kit motor but the motor im using is brushless taken of my Zoom along with servos etc. Today 05:11 PM
I don't know whether a motor from a Zoom is upto the job (someone else should).
You need to know what the KV of your motor is. Then you can calculate the headspeed with a variety of pinions and throttle percentages.
KV is the rpm/volt of the motor.Ian
