Looking to the future, thinking of getting a 500 at some point in the distant future. Prob a 500 DFC. Are they hard to build? Cheers.

No, the manuals are pretty comprehensive, just need to follow the steps page by page and take your time, if you get stuck just ask on here.

You'll enjoy. Nerves with anyone's first build, but I always think that building is a very important part of the hobby. Being familiar with the model and the mechanics of heli flight really help troubleshooting any future issues/rebuilds etc Plus you'll find it's as enjoyable as flying it

Yeah that's why I bought my second hand 450 to have a bigger heli to practise outside and learn to basics. Then enjoy building a heli and learning how they work in the process. My dad built a hpi baja 1/8 buggy from a kit and he loved it. Then I'll have a decent size heli that I can be proud to have built ( if it flew) lol. Cheers.

500 helis are fun and perfect for practice. Yeah, if you have any Q's regarding the build just ask
