download it from the phoenix website in programs/updates.
it just goes intp programme files/phoenix rc and a seperate icon should appear on your desk top.
i had a quick look at it lastnight but need to spend some more time on it and try and figure it out.

dont know how it works with multiplayer - people keep saying can you see my new canopy/paintjob and all we can see is the standard 1.

been having a look at this just now and maybe i'm the only one but i have one question...how the heck do you put your own canopy on it?

oh and one more, the text size is huge, has anyone sussed how to reduce it? i don't know why none of the buttons have mouse overs, i guess that will be done later.

Click on New and browse the the model you want to edit.

When done you can save the project but for it to work you must export to a scheme.

When in Phoenix simply go to the model in the selector and then from the drop down select your scheme

You can edit the .BMP in and external editor by going to tools/export to external editor. When done go to tools/import from external editor and find your saved .BMP

Just remember to export the whole thing as a scheme.

Excellent update, thanks Phoenix, runs a dream on my Lappy and Desktop.

As for the custom canopy's for me I'm not bothered either way, practice is the only thing I care about and the Sim works better than ever now.

Am I the only one with problems with the 1.05g update? I downloaded it and installed yesterday but had real problems with jerky graphics. It was fine with the heli above the horizon line when the amount of graphics on-screen reduced but otherwise unuseable. I've gone back to 1.05f again and everything is fine. I know it's not computer spec, running a Core 2 Duo 6750 with 4Gb ram and an Nvidia 8600GTS card at 1440x900, on Vista though
