Just had a quick search online and it seems that you buy the helicopter and radio separately. Are there any shops that you can buy as a bundle?

P.S I have a nano and a Mcpx, I wouldn't fly the blade Mcpx until I can fly the Nano exceptionally well, Just my opinion though..

Has anybody had any experience with a company called Elite Models online?
They sell the Blade Mcp x version 2 RTF for £144.99 which I think is pretty good.

Be very wary. I believe Elite Models have gone bust. The website's still going and will take your money, but nothing will be sent.
There was a rash of orders not honoured earlier in the year. My advice - do NOT buy from Elite.

I personally would go for the MCPx over the Nano any day. I've owned both, love the MCPx, had one for about 18 months and then when the Nano came out I couldn't resist but actually found it to be a twitchy nightmare to fly. I persevered with it for about 8 months but never really enjoyed it so ended up selling it!

                      My progression has been:

Cheep toy thing for £20 as birthday present
                      Blade mSR (fixed pitch
                      Blade SR
                      Blade MCPx
                      T-Rex 450
                      T-Rex 250 DFC
                      Nano CPx

And I think that's not that much of an unusual line of progression, save for the fact that you won't see many bothering with an SR - and I wouldn't recommend one either, even if you could find one these days.

So I decided on a Blade msr x which should arrive on Tuesday and I can't wait - I'm a 41 year old man and I feel like a kid again!!
So my next question is what tools and spares should I get?
I'm going to pop into rc geeks in Crawley tomorrow and see what they've got.
