I have been thinking along the same lines but it’s double the price of pump gas and defeats the object of running a gasser I think.

Well, I don't think it defeats the purpose. Yes it is more expensive than pump petrol but it's still way cheaper than nitro and you burn less of it than a large nitro engine as well.

The two biggest features that interest me are the lack of petrol smell because I have to travel on the trains and kinda think the smell of petrol might make me very unpopular The other thing is the shelf life as it does not go off when stored the way regular petrol does. Then if you want, it's 'greener' because it does not have all the additives and this is supposed to be better for the engine as well.
