So if you you had more mechanical throw Mj would the numbers get lower and therefore not need overdrive on? Numbers are just that though, numbers and doesn't always matter but wonder if that would help in this situation?

I don't believe it is a mechanical throw issue. Sounds like they have set 500 degrees as a point they can regulate and get the best result from. I will go out and mess around with the rate as see what effect that has in real terms to holding, whipping, squareness etc in some moves. My mechanical throw and limits are fine with overdrive it will use more travel but not beyond your limit set in the throw section of the tail rotor setup.

Be be good to see your setup next week maybe we are just used to a quick piro!

On Vstabi Uli said that 500 was the limit that the sensor can regulate. It was also said that there were faster sensors but not as accurate.

Set mine up Sunday morning and it took no time at all , set level and assign switch : job done. Really impressed to say the least .
Having tried it a couple of times to make sure it was working we found from inverted it lost no height when rescued. We were hoping to get some videos of it in action but the wind was a little to strong etc .

One fitted to my Logo 600SX V2 , so just the other 4 to do lol !

I never thought I would ever need the Rescue function and it took me a while to decide if I wanted to spend the extra money to upgrade. Phil convinced me that it would help me push myself harder so I went for it. I can tell you I'm glad I did. It works really well. Yesterday I tried a few basic rescue positions first. As confidence built up I put the heli into more awkward situations and every time it rescued gracefully. I even started to get a bit kamikaze, doing stuff I would only ever try in the simulator, but it saved the heli every time. With confidence built up I started working on a few things I have been working on in the simulator and had been planning to bring to the field. The first was reversing piro tic tocs with 360 degrees. The first 2 attempts I hit the rescue switch mid way but on the 3rd one I got it nailed. I have several other moves I want to bring from the simulator to the field and I'm not afraid to try now. Best money I've spent in ages.

I know of nobody using a second sensor Tony. Not needed.

No. From my experience absolutely no need. If you like redundancy it's an option other than that just install the main unit works perfect.
