If your HS is low it won't hold so good.. especially on the newer aligns they changed the gearing ratios to allow for higher (mental imo) HS's

My HS is 2250 on my E5. The tail doesn't hold when coming out of flips and fast left handers??? Got the same trouble with the logo shaking when coming out of flips, but found the tail had slipped and slackened the belt. Not sure how I get it to hold tight, as everything is tight??? Insulation tape perhaps haha. Anyway, I've transferred Vbar gyro control to Tx and see if that helps setting it up?? Then i can put that setup into Vbar software. Optimisation is at 75/60, so not too far away I hope.

on my 550 the tail wouldn't hold too well at 2,200 HS - upped it to 2,400 and was holding well.. this is alongside my vfart settings which gave an optimisation of 15/20 or something like that.

Check Gov is holding well and that power transmission is good to the tail (if belt make sure no missing teeth or slipping belt - or too tight of a belt)

      Perhaps try increasing HS

and if still no joy try those settings i posted for the vbar,

Just a quick update on my tail issues. I can't tell you the exact vbar reading figures, as I couldn't get the Tx and Vbar to read the same right through the scale. Basically, I set the Vbar software to 100%( both logo500 and synergy E5) and the Tx on 100%(gyro switch, not gear).
Synergy first, 100% was too much, so flicked to 90%, much better, but went down to 70% and it was rock solid. Stops solid on piros, slight, and I mean slight twitch on pitch pumps, then 2 screws came out of tail box and piro hell ensued (see "did you crash today" lol), new edge mains needed .

Logo now, started the same as synergy, 100% wayyyy too much. I am now down to 22.5% on Tx?? and it no longer shakes like a flag coming out of flips. Pitch pumps are now much better with minimal movement, so I am happy once more. To be fair, the only time the tail shook was whilst flipping and some tight turns?? I had put it down to the wind, but now I am not so sure, as it was breezy(8 MPH) today??
I will put the helis on the PC sometime this weekend and post the Vbar gain readings as a comparison to the Tx settings and hope it helps someone get closer to sorting their tail woes!!

        Have a good weekend's flying.
        Cheers
