Hi Gpro people!
I got a GPro recently to put on a Trex 450 with an FRSky X4R receiver - the one with SBUS. The receiver and radio have both been updated to the recent EU update from FRSky. The GPro was very slow to initialise but once initialised it did not behave normally... the gyro responses of the cyclic and tail servos were smooth and completely normal but any input from the sticks/receiver was very jerky. It was as if the swash moved to the correct place but was only updated every .5sec or so. No problems if I connected up a VBar clone to the receiver instead... it worked fine. I also tried using SBUS off a X6R and had the same problem.

The GPro worked fine with a Spektrum satellite so I assumed it must be something to do with the X4R and the way it was communicating with the GPro. Long story short, I got rid of the EU firmware update from the radio and the receivers, replacing them with the worldwide version. "Hey presto" it works fine!

Anyone else tried using GPro with FRSky SBUS? Anyone tried with the EU update firmware? Anyone seen anything similar or got any other thoughts? Seems to me the EU FRSky firmware doesn't like talking to GPro!
