If you have a swash levelling tool I would be tempted to check the swash is sitting level Paul, Also this would tell you the travel is linier from full negative to full positive.

Also there could be a chance one of your aileron servo's is ready for packing up, have you got a couple of spare servo's you could try.

Must be cheaper than the heli biting the dust.

You worried about the sensor possibly failing, does it pass the preflight checks of tilting the swash against the direction of tilt of the model?

Have you moved the Tx trims, subtrims?

Is there a vibration issue? Is the mounting pad Ok still,as they can deteriorate.

        Cheers Chris
I have checked most things there might be a vibration.
Was thinking of trying the software again or a rebind just to try it

        Thanks
        Cheers Paul

Maybe going thru the setup might help or shed some light.

Couple of instances i have had is one where a V Bar model wanted to keep rolling ever so slightly to the left and that was due to a small amount of vibration and i had a V Bar sensor fail but didnt fly it but Mikado told me that if i had then all that would happen is you would get drift on the axis in question mine was elevator.

I know my issues were V Bar related but the symptoms most certainly are similar on all fbl systems.

Deffo worth going thru everything again as per the other replies in the thread.

Picking up on what Tim said about the swash levelling,i have had the Align servo wheels slip on the splines myself.

          Hope you sort it

have you tried running the setup again that might cure it or look at the 3g software uplink and see if any of your settings have changed you never know

Are you using a DX7 by any chance. Maybe not quite the same thing, but if you change trims in idle up 1 it only stays on that program. I had it on my 450pro, flying along in normal, flicked to idle up 1 it rolled to the right, went into idle up 2 and it was fine again. It could be nothing to do with your 3G.

Check trims in idle ups and watch the swash.

                        update
                        Been out today
it's sort of better but not 100% as it was.
looks like the foam was most of the problem.
it was still stuck on but it's like the align pad had gone soft.
tried a out door sticky fixer and was a lot better until it started to fall off.
                        so trying a futaba pad.
a lot better but started to do a shaky type thing in fast hard forward flips
does that need less gain? James moon thinks less but when flying it seams to have less hold then ever

                        please help
                        Cheers Paul

it defo had hell of a bounce on those continuous forward flip, that started a major shake, but a massive improvement than last time i saw it
