Check the head assembly and all links.

We had a guy trying to fly his 3G on a 700, it did a really nice "Shakey sticks" ! and frightened the pilot to death.

The cause was isolated to the grub screw on the elevator control bar (the one that goes through the frames towards the front. The grub screw was totally missing, and looked like it was never loctited . the elevator arm would move across between the frames.

Once grub screw was replaceg the heli flew fine, but the pilot needed replacement kacks

Why does it always persist down at weekends ?

                  Hey.

Apart from a possible sensor issue did you perhaps move the model during it's power up?
Could the servo horns have slipped a spline on the servo shaft during flight or transit?

When you power on the 3G does the swashplate stay level?

Now to a bit of tongue in cheek as I know the Mikado boys love giving it out ;-)
If you did ever decide to switch flybarless controllers why would you go Mikado when you can go TotalG now instead :-) LOL

I must admit as an experiment I'd certainly like to try all available flybarless units just so I know what each is and isn't capable of.

Funny how many people slag Align stuff off and the 3G when they haven't tried it.

I was liking the 3G more and more hope I can find the problem.
Thanks to the people that tried to help

                          Paul.

When you initialize the whole heli from scratch does the swash still sit level.

As coolice says maybe one of the servo discs has moved a notch on the splines.

This has certainly happened to me twice now using the plastic 3G discs.

                          Its worth a look.

I have changed all mine now to the metal upgraded ones.

If not try a different cable from the controller to the sensor.

                              Thanks Tim

                              Swash looked good it field.
Tried it on 2 flights felt like it was going to roll left in to the deck at any point.
