Well guys,

Here I go with my first ever blog of any kind. It was suggested I start a blog to plot the build of my newly acquired T-rex 500GF.

First a little history:

Background
I started flying RC "planks" out in Abu Dhabi during my time there from '87 to '91. I flew mainly ARTF models made by EZ. I had a great teacher - a colleague by the name of Amyr Qureshi. However, on returning from AUH in '91 I never flew again so sold my kit shortly thereafter.

Christmas 2007 I was bought a Picoo Z and I was hooked! This Christmas just gone I was bought a Blade CX2 and, after realising it really was a little too large for my lounge, I bought an mCX (little cutie).

Bottom Line - I'm hooked!

What follows is the progression of my build. Settle in for an epic guys - I plan to take my time on this one!
