Hi
I'm selling a Land Rover that a friend and I bought to drive around Europe. It has 174ish000 miles but seems to drives well! The back seats have been taken out and we've layed some carpet down so would be great for transporting helis / a trailer. Although it does drive and has an MOT, It's being sold as spares/a project for the reasons below. Could be sorted out for not too much I imagine but as we are both at uni and have access to other cars it's rather impractical to keep it :/
The bad bits:
Lost the key..
Slight electrical fault which means that the ignition is on when the fuse is in (but can be readily started and stopped by removing the ignition fuse!)
Could do with a new battery as it seems to have been running flat quite easily recently
slight radiator leak though a bottle of Kseal every month has stopped any leaking
The good bits:
Drives quite well and managed 4000 miles around Europe!
Comes complete with a V5
good engine
MOT'd till November
No steering lock or ignition barrel so starts with the ignition switch
Tyres seem good
Pioneer radio with decent speakers though the speakers need hooking up properly
comes with a roof rack, ladder, and some very decent new lights that havent been hooked up yet
I will add pics properly tomorrow as my internet's being very slow atm and they dont seem to be uploading but until then a few here , here, and here
Looking for around £700 with the roof rack and ladder, or £600 without.
