I'm selling my Predators.... who wants em? In-built 5.8ghz Airwave receiver and (somewhat temperamental) Head Tracking.
Condition - they are in good working order and I have upgraded the video board to the latest one with sync lock which should greatly reduce any potential issues with loss of sync and resultant poor image quality/distortion. I have also fitted a small foam section to the nose bridge which makes them vastly more comfortable. There is one small bit of damage to the switch cover where they got a hard corner pressed against them in a bag - the photo shows this and it's completely cosmetic... there is no damage beneath the plastic cover.
They are a great entry level goggle IMO and a good choice for those wanting to dip their toes in FPV with goggles but not wanting to fork out for the higher end sets. I personally wouldn't rely on using the HT but your mileage may vary. The reason for the sale is that I am now using dominators - a better goggle no doubt but also substantially more expensive once you've added an RX and HT module.
The sale includes:
- Fatshark Predator Goggles
- Standard rubber ducky whip antenna
- Protective hard case
- All standard leads, including audio/power, head tracking to futaba style training plug, spare power jack
- An adapted Optipower 850mah 2S lipo which fits in the headband slot. Also included is a charge adaptor for it.
- Original Box
- TrueRC fan CP antenna
I'm including the CP antenna because in my honest opinion, 5.8Ghz is much less enjoyable and useable without CP... you will need to pair it with the appropriate CP antenna on the transmitter end (eg windmill, cloverleaf, SPW... whatever). To be clear, the Transmitter will need to match Airwave frequencies (immersionRC, fathsark, and Iftron vTX's all match). Should you not want the CP antenna I'll knock £15 off, but I highly recommend it.
Looking for £140 including postage (or £125 excl antenna), please be aware though I won't be able to post until after this weekend unless I can get to the post office on saturday morning as I'm in geneva and won't be back until friday evening.
