I have a couple of these LiPo testers available. They are very compact and consist of only a LED display and a set of pins which plug into the balance connector of a LiPo.
When you plug the tester into a LiPo it reports the total voltage and then cycles through each cell in turn.
Any LiPo tester is only as good as it is accurate and I have a Fusion Smart Guard which i used as a reference. The readings were exactly the same!!
