Hi,
I returned my old ICE 100 to Castle and my Viper VSH1300 to Viper RC. Both companies returned completely new units to me (the Viper is still in its wrapped box, no packaging for the ICE though). However, I've no longer a use for these units as I've upgraded my 550 in their absence.
