Just taken off the Velo as it doesnt fit with the new tank 
I bought the HT tank for it as it has a much better seal and fit imo.
Couple of marks on the back of the metal plate, only the one pointed out on the front of the metal bracket.
There is a mark on the tank itself, but only cosmetic.
No mount (unless you want a highly scratched one)
