FS: tough black one piece plastic landing gear for Trex 500 - NEW UNUSED £10 posted

These are super tough one piece black plastic landing skids for Trex 500 Helicopter - they are basically a scaled up copy of the 450 pro one piece landing gear. These are brand new unused in sealed packet.

I bought 5 sets of these, but am selling two sets as I don't need them all (could only get them in sets of 5) to offset the cost.

Advantage is no metal skid tubes to bend/snap, so I think these will be excellent and robust, I have fitted mine with black tie wraps which is very easy and quick, and should avoid even breaking the bottom plate in a crash - hopefully I won't be testing this too soon though.

Gorilla skids for 500 are the struts only (so you still use the metal tubes which can bend/break), and cost £12.25 plus postage these are one piece plastic complete skids, so arguably better.

I am asking for £10 for a set of these skids including first class recorded delivery, so should be with you for the weekend if paid tonight - first two people to PM me can have them, payment by paypal please.

I can't guarantee they won't break, but they look pretty tough to me, and as they don't have metal tubes I think they will be better than the original skids or the gorilla struts with metal skid tubes.

One pair already sold so don't think about it for too long - hit the button ;-)

aww come on they are brand new, if they were used I would only expect 5 months

If I cover up a defect with foam, and you don't find it for 5 months, then I will refund in full I promise

I guarantee anything I sell to be as described and pictured, so if these turned up and are blue or made of non-plastic, then I will be very happy to refund in full.

As of the 30th April - if one more issue rises up as far as I'm concerned its the end of buying/selling openly on the forum. I will take the feed from RCHA site only this way I can keep it away from what this place should be all about the hobby and getting on with enjoying it, sharing experiences.

I'm not bothered by the name calling, but I do get bored with childishness, clearly the forsale forums days are numbered so best I really do get my coat.

It makes me chuckle the original seller of the faulty DX6i being referred to has accepted he should have checked it properly before selling it, has paid for the repair cost and has very generously said no hard feelings, which I appreciated, and we've PM'd each other and drawn a line under this.

I will lock this thread, I can get more money for these skids on ebay anyway, and I really don't need the hassle.
