New 14SG V6.0 software released.

Futaba have recently released a software update for the 14SG and can be downloaded, along with the install directions, here:

Included in the update is telemetry integration with Kontronik and Castle ESCs

No, it doesn't affect model memories. I did the update earlier and all 12 of my model memories are fine.

I must admit, I use 2 SD cards. One for updates and one for saving model profiles. I re-format the update card every time a new update needs to be uploaded.

have a look on youtube, lots of vids on how to do it, that's how I did mine.

Just to save you from one of the oddities if you've never done this before, Futaba use their own file system on the SD-Card so you will not see anything there if you look at the card on your PC.

Just follow the instructions and trust that they will work

Well I went and got 2 X 2GB sd cards, carried out the update V.6.0 all good. �� Tried to do the sound function and it said my sd card no good ?? Need more space ??

The sound function gives voice alerts for telemetry and timers but you need to plug headphones/earbuds into the plug on the back of the Tx to hear them as there's no speaker fitted.
