Why not get a optima 6 lite if you need small rx

ive been using mine sice they came out,easy programming ,good feel too, my only gripe is you cant alter pitch/throttle curves with engine running(nitro) as you have to move the stick to set the relevant points.
other than that its a great radio, no glitches or problems with shut outs or screen freeze.

mine holds all servos so i can alter pitch and throttle settings with it running,,and yes its a great radio,,had mine since they came out and love it,, programming is so easy compared to other sets

Took the plunge today ordered from Kings Lynn Models at a great price Aurora 9 tranny + 9 channel rx and pc link for £294 all in should be here tomorow.

That's a good price snowy, I'm sure you'll find it a great piece of kit, I would invest in a Tx case if you can as one of my boys knocked over mine & snapped one of the long switches

Dan, Snowy... interesting post as i used to have an 8FG which was great but want to try something new so was looking at the Aurora 9 as well. (The Kings Lynn Shop was a great deal).... Now i know the subject of Walkera is a dubious one but i also found the Devo 12 for sale at £240 (no import duty) ish with Rx and Case. Has anyone had any contact with this Tx? ..... and yes i'm familiar with buy cheap buy twice!

Any thoughts appreciated!

Have not heard of anyone buying one on here, but try here

Seems there have been a few reviews & they are having problems with signal loss, I would personally steer clear.

I've my Aurora 9 for just over a year and love it. I have 2 small issues, my right left/right stick can loose its center point occasionally, but calibrating is pretty simple, just not documented. The other is my touch screen seems to be loosing sensitivity in the top right, it feels like the screen has dropped away from the bezel, but I've had it apart and its tight. Neither would put me off buying one again.

Great TX had a bit of head scratching with the gyro menu at first but love it.
