DX7 tx no longer transmitts?

I am having trouble with my spektrum DX7 tx, when I went to check over my model before using it today the tx doesn't seem to be tramsmitting anymore, it was used all day Thursday with no problems and both batteries are still good.

I have tried to re-bind but when I hold down the bind button and turn on the tx no light comes on and nothing happens. I'm pretty sure it just aint transmitting as it used to mess up the wifi in the house when ever I turned it on but now this doesn't happen.

All other functions seem to work fine on the tx and can be used on thesim without problems.

Any Ideas???

sounds as if its up the spout send it back to horizon for service, they seem to be very quick and good service from what ive read on here

open the back (youcan do this to set the stick springs without invalidating the guarantee) and check for an plugs fallen out - particulaly the piggy back board (RF module) to main board.
If all seem OK then its a service job.

Thanks for your response guys, I did have a quick look inside but all seemed ok.

Who are horizon, I've not heard of them. Are they the main dealers for the UK? Any contact details for them?

Hi Mate.
My DX7 Tx is not transmitting too.I been using it 2 days ago on 3 models and it was all OK.But it just not working no more.
Can you give me some information on what you have to do.Did you sent the radio back to Horizon Hobby,if so how long did it take.

I sent both my tx and rx to Horizon Hobby using the address above and got a new tx and same rx back with note saying it was tested and all was ok.

Can't fault there service in anyway, I posted it Monday morning special delivery and got it back wednesday the same week! Very impressive service.
