  • What other cheap transmitters are compatable with a spektrum AR6200 reciever?

Hi all, I know this might sound like a stupid question but i was hoping someone might be able to tell me what other cheap 6ch transmitters will go with a spektrum AR6200 instead of a DX6i or better? Im building up my first 450 heli and i was hoping to buy the DX6i but some issues have come up as well as christmas so i wont be able to buy one for some time so i was wondering if there was any other cheaper alteratives that might get me through intill i can afford a better one next year. All i need to get to complete my build is the battery, charger and transmitter as i have everything else and as im new to the hobby i dont really know to much about all the different transmitters and recievers and what goes with what? Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated as im at a standstill intill i get the rest sorted out. Many thanks for reading!!!

Rather than buy a new cheap one, what about looking for a second hand one or borrowing one. If not try giant Cod they have some cheap stuff, or ebay.

    As cheap as they come

Thanks for the advice but i dont have anyone to borrow from and i dont think i could even afford a good second hand one right now!!! Maybe £40-50 at most if im lucky!!! Ive already got the AR6200 so thats why im looking for a transmitter that would be compatable?

Not compatible with your rx, but you get a rx with it, I've got one of these and have to say that when you get your head round them they are really good and very flexible - but they do take some getting used to and you have to wait until they get them in stock because they sell so quickly; no wonder at the price!!!
