Anyone using a DX7se?

Where is the cheapest place for this tx?
is this advisable for a beginner? I don't need the trainer port as i fly alone... and i can use sim stick if i want to use it with phoenix...
but if i was getting a new tx and going with spektrum.. i'd rather get the SE as its newer rather than the dx7

It is no longer available - replaced by the upcoming new DX7 which looks like the DX8.
I still have most of my models on my DX7SE - great Tx IMO

Great Tx. You'll need simstick if you want to use the sim though as it has no sim/trainer port.

Check on BMFA there was a guy selling one on there the other day. I use one for flying and I have a DX6i I use on Pheonix but I prefer the feel of the DX7se.
I am looking at getting a DX9 as it feels very similar to the DX7 and I need a TX I can buddy with.
