Anyone still using Hitec Eclipse 7? Question

Hi. I am still on 35mhz and using my trusty eclipse 7
Now, question - how do I enable throttle hold on it? I tried it last night but the switch for throttle hold seems to be the same as my gyro rate/HH mode switch.

The switch is the long switch on the right at the back.

The long switch back left can also be configured for gyro gain leaving the switch you want free, or just use the pre-programmed hold switch which without looking is one of the buttons maybe marked "engine hold".

^^ thanks. you mean by left long switch, the switch that activates the timer and i think is the trainer switch.

i think you are right about buttons... i need to check. i only use the throttle lock on the buttons.

Just checked the manual and the tx. The flight mode switch / ST1 & ST2 can have separate gyro gains assigned to them. With the flight mode switch engaged / towards you, the flight condition switch becomes active as ST3 and as such can have a separate gyro gain and also the throttle hold can be programmed. In ST3 this switch overrides all other switches.
