Guy's I need help with my DX7. I have recently bought a DX7SE this afternoon I programmed my 450 into it at model 2 position (model 1 had my 600 in it) I tried out the settings on the 450 needed to tweak a couple of areas, went into the setup screen and the DX cannot find Model 2 (find's 1-20 but not 2) if I start at model 1 and increase the TX locks out I have to turn it off and on again. If I decrease it will go from 1-20-19 etc until it reaches model 2 and locks out again. There is no model 2 in the TX readout whatsoever. Is it possible to do a complete reset back to default setting? or is there another way?

Sounds like a problem with the software in the radio.

Send it back, Its not worth risking your helis or safety to other people using a faulty TX.

Horizon customer service

Excellent service thanks Horizon. Sent the DX7 back on Wednesday needed reprogramming (after speaking to technical) came back today excellent fast turn around.
Just need to reprogram it now and hope for good weather this weekend so can have a practice.... I wonder if Horizon could do any thing about the weather?
